Coach Derek Grenfell has been busy raising 3 young ladies of his own all while helping clients achieve health & fitness goals as a sports chiropractor and CrossFit coach for over 14 years!
Coach Derek's expertise in exercise and rehabilitation creates the perfect environment for your kids to push their limits, have fun, and keep it safe.

Physical Grit & Strength: CrossFit isn't just for adults! It's a fantastic way for our little ones to build strength, coordination, and endurance. From lifting objects to conquering fun WODs (Workouts of the Day), they're sculpting resilient bodies from a young age!
Team Spirit & Social Skills: CrossFit fosters a sense of community. Kids learn to work together, support each other, and celebrate victories. It's not just about personal gains; it's about growing as a team.
Goal Setting & Achievement: Setting and achieving goals is a life skill. In CrossFit, kids learn to set realistic targets, work hard to reach them, deal with failure, and relish the sweet taste of success. These lessons extend far beyond the gym!

For Current or Potential new members, the CrossFit Kids class will run alongside our 4:15 pm Adult CrossFit class.
